Job Deskripsi :

• Lead HR & CSR teams to drive social compliance and community initiatives.
• Drive Organization Development (OD) by reviewing organizational structures and improving workplace culture.
• Oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, welfare, and talent development programs.
• Manage compliance audits and execute corrective actions.
• Resolve labor disputes and handle employee grievances fairly.
• Maintain strong relations with local government, communities, and unions.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws.

2. ADM STAFF

Kualifikasi :

1. D3/S1 all major
2. Min 1 year of experience in document control, QA, or QMS
3. Possess ISO 9001 certification or other relevant QMS certifications
4. Fluent in English
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred

Job Deskripsi :

• Handle, coordinate, and prepare all necessary documentation for system audits, including internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
• Ensure all factory departments comply with current QMS documentation standards and procedure guidelines.
• Partner with QA and factory department heads to streamline documentation workflows and resolve compliance gaps.
• Manage physical and digital archives securely, ensuring easy retrieval for audit tracking and daily factory operations.
